Regulatory context
In B2B sales, GDPR requirements are less strict than in end-customer business, but contact rules under the German Unfair Competition Act (UWG) are not trivial — especially the double-opt-in obligation and documentation of business contacts. In multilingual markets, consumer protection rules in the relevant EU country apply on top. We build so that every lead capture is documented, consents are stored cleanly, and the sales team can pull the full conversation history at any time for legal traceability.
