Do I need a finished concept before I reach out?
No. The more concrete you describe the problem, the more precise our first reply. But a fully written-out specification is not required. Three to five sentences are enough to figure out whether we are a basic fit.
How long does it take to get a reply?
On business days we reply within 24 hours, usually faster. Inquiries that arrive on weekends or holidays get answered the next business day. If we cannot take on the work for capacity reasons, you also hear that within one business day.
What happens to my inquiry if we do not work together?
We delete your inquiry no later than six months. Details in the Privacy Policy, section "Storage period". We do not pass your data to third parties, neither partners nor competitors.
