Services

Five disciplines. One team. One invoice.

No freelancer network, no salesperson selling you a third meeting. What we agree on, we deliver. What we deliver, we keep maintaining for as long as you want.

01 · Engineering

Web Development

Websites and web applications that load fast, are accessible, and stay maintainable five years from now.

We build on Next.js and TypeScript, with a headless CMS that you can actually operate yourself. No WordPress patchwork of fifteen plugins, no website builder that breaks at the first edge case. Instead, clean, typed code that survives the next several years.

Accessibility per BFSG (German Accessibility Act) is not a retrofit topic for us. We plan from day one with keyboard navigation, screen reader support, contrast values, and focus visibility. That saves money and trouble later, and it makes the website better even for users without disabilities.

We measure performance on real devices, not with Lighthouse illusions. We do not ship websites with Core Web Vitals in the yellow zone. If an image loads too slowly, that is on us, not on the user.

Deliverables

Example project (anonymized). A mid-sized construction company wanted to move off WordPress because updates regularly broke the site. In six weeks we built a Next.js website with a Directus CMS, trained the editorial team, and took over hosting. Result: load time from 4.2 to 0.9 seconds, maintenance from five hours per month to zero.
02 · Automation

AI Agents and Automation

AI assistants that actually do work. No chatbots that congratulate themselves.

We build agents for concrete tasks: qualify inquiries, classify documents, schedule appointments, prepare quotes, respond in multiple languages. The foundation is Langflow and n8n for orchestration, Claude and European models for language processing, and your existing systems for actual execution.

A good agent knows when it does not know. Our agents escalate clearly, with context, to the right person or team. No endless back-and-forth, no hallucinated facts, no questions that insult your customers. When a case is complex, a human picks it up cleanly.

GDPR is solved technically here, not legally circumvented. We pick models that run in Frankfurt, Paris, or Amsterdam. We log what gets processed where. We delete when deletion is required.

Deliverables

Example project (anonymized). A three-star hotel in Paris received daily guest inquiries in six languages, with reception thinly staffed in the evenings. Our concierge agent answers inquiries directly, books restaurant tables, explains directions, and only escalates complaints or special requests to the duty staff. Result: response time under 30 seconds, 40% fewer evening calls.
03 · Integration

CRM and Systems Integration

We connect what was previously separate, and document it so your team understands it.

Twenty, HubSpot, Pennylane, DATEV (German tax software standard), lexoffice, Slack, Matrix, Microsoft 365. We know the typical interfaces and where the traps are. If your CRM data does not flow into accounting because both systems maintain their own customer numbers, that is a Sunday-afternoon problem. Not yours.

We do not build integrations no one understands. Every connection comes with technical documentation, a data flow diagram, and a runbook for the case when a third-party system fails. Whoever needs to take over can find their way in two hours, even if we are no longer there.

Where it makes sense, we replace legacy systems. Often a Twenty CRM with custom fields beats a bloated system whose annual license costs more than the development time. We say so openly when buying off-the-shelf is cheaper than building.

Deliverables

Example project (anonymized). A tax firm spent hours manually transferring receipts from client portals into DATEV. We built a pipeline that classifies receipts automatically, pre-assigns VAT, and provides an EXTF export for DATEV. The bookkeeper now only reviews exceptions. Time savings: 70%.
04 · Operations

Hosting and Operations

Our own Hetzner infrastructure in Frankfurt and Nuremberg. We handle it so you do not have to.

Everything we build runs by default on our servers in Germany. Docker, reverse proxy, automatic TLS certificates, 24/7 monitoring with alerts, nightly backups with geographically separate storage. When something breaks, we usually see it before you do.

Updates ship promptly. Security-relevant patches the same day, feature updates in scheduled maintenance windows with advance notice. No automatic major updates that install overnight and break the application Monday morning.

If you eventually want to operate the system yourself, we hand it over cleanly. You get the Docker Compose project, the configuration, and a written runbook. No lock-in, no hidden dependencies.

Deliverables

Example project (anonymized). A medical device manufacturer with 40 employees runs its internal complaint management tool on our hosting. Since go-live two years ago: zero unplanned outages longer than five minutes, 99.97% availability, restore from backup rehearsed once for practice.
05 · Advisory

Technical Consulting

One day. One roadmap. Clear decisions. No PowerPoint theater.

Sometimes you do not need development; you need someone independent to look at your architecture. One day of consulting before a platform choice often saves months of misdirected development. We read your code, listen to your people, look at the existing systems, and then write a sober report.

Typical occasions: you face a platform decision and want a second opinion. A vendor sent you a proposal and you want to know if it is reasonable. An internal system has grown and no one knows all the parts anymore. A planned migration is bigger than expected and you need a sequence.

What you get is not a thirty-page presentation full of fluff. You get a short assessment, a defensible recommendation, and a list of concrete next steps. If the recommendation is to do nothing, we say that too.

Deliverables

Example project (anonymized). A windows and doors dealer faced a choice between two CRM systems, both expensive, both with long contract terms. After one day of analysis it was clear: neither fit. Two months later they were running a Twenty CRM with custom fields, at a fraction of the cost, fully maintainable.
