Many of our systems are internal or under NDA. Here are three we can publish with the client's agreement. Company names stay anonymous; the technical details do not.
Multilingual AI Concierge
A three-star hotel in Paris welcomes guests from six language groups. Reception was understaffed in the evenings. We built a concierge agent that answers directly through the website, by email, and via WhatsApp, escalates complex requests to the team via Slack, and handles translation in both directions.
DATEV EXTF Automation
A tax firm in North Rhine-Westphalia spent two full work days per month preparing receipts per client. We built an OCR pipeline that classifies receipts automatically, pre-assigns VAT, and prepares the EXTF export for DATEV (German tax software standard). The bookkeeper now only reviews exceptions.
AI Sales Agent for Windows and Doors
A group in the windows and doors industry wanted to qualify dealer inquiries in four countries without doubling the sales team. We built a multilingual sales agent that qualifies dealers via website, email, and form, prepares quotes, and mirrors everything in HubSpot.
